Terms and Conditions

The agreement between NCWC and our students commences once the Membership contract has been signed and the relative trial period has been completed.

Your membership commences immediately, unless otherwise stated by us, and continues on a monthly basis until and unless membership is cancelled.

The annual membership fee is payable immediately membership commences.

You are entitled to access all rights and privileges offered by NCWC in accordance with your membership and grading level. Non-payment may revoke these privileges.

In becoming a member, you agree to comply with the General Rules of Membership and the conditions laid out in the Membership Contract.

We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect if you are in breach of the terms of membership and the rules laid out within your Membership Contract.

We cannot accept responsibility if any payments in the form of deposits, course, or tuition fees are made, and you are unable to attend. It is your responsibility to arrive for the training course or class booked. Under these circumstances fees are non-refundable unless prior agreement has been established.

You agree to advise us immediately of any changes to the contact details you provide on the Membership Contract.

In cases in which members have missed a monthly payment, NCWC reserve the right to levy a re-joining/administration fee if required.

You cannot transfer the agreement to a third party.
