As an academy, we pride ourselves in providing a safe, productive and well-balanced environment where students will build confidence, strengthen their mindset and we will provide them with the knowledge and skill set to defend themselves through the art of Wing Chun.

 

With over fifty years of experience in various martial arts including Judo, Wu Shu Kwan, Tae Kwon Do and traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu, Sifu Seyfi has acquired extensive knowledge and skill. He is dedicated to the academy and students and promises to deliver through his unique teaching methods.

 

Sifu Seyfi is the only active and authorised instructor in England under the late Jesse Glover’s Non-Classical Gung Fu.

 

Our classes welcome all ages, genders and abilities and offer a simple, direct and effective approach into learning and understanding as well as improving health, fitness and mindset.

WING CHUN IS A UNIQUE CLOSE QUARTER FIGHTING SYSTEM WHICH ORIGINATED IN SOUTHERN CHINA.

Its roots are from the Siu Lam Monastery and were used as its own secretive internal security. The fighting methods were only taught to the most trusted disciples from each generation and never revealed to outsiders.

1 TO 1 TRAINING

Personalised one to one tuition with Sifu Seyfi enabling the student to focus on the finer points of Non-Classical Wing Chun and enhance their ability and understanding which can sometimes be lost within a class setting.

KUNG FU FOR LIFE

Personally created by SIFU SEYFI, a unique wellness system primarily for men over 40, which aims to enhance and improve mental and physical agility, assist weight loss, reduce stress, increase stamina and boost self-esteem.

CARDIO KUNG FU

Get fighting fit and into shape with this unique and innovative system. With varied ability levels, this specialised cardio workout integrates martial arts body movements and techniques and is designed for anyone wishing to increase their fitness, regardless of age and ability.

  3. Practice courtesy and righteousness – serve society and respect your elders.
  4. Love your fellow students – be united and avoid conflicts.
  5. Limit your desires and pursuit of bodily pleasures – preserve the proper spirit.
  6. Train diligently – maintain your skills.
  7. Learn to develop spiritual tranquillity – abstain from arguments and fights.
  8. Participate in society – be moderate and gentle in your manners.
  9. Help the weak and the very young – use martial skills for the good of humanity.
  10. Pass on the tradition – preserve these rules of conduct.
